Bianette Perez

Youth Program Director

Bianette was born and raised in Stockton, California. Graduating from Langston Hughes Academy in 2015, and most recently from University of California, Los Angeles, where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Chicana/o Studies and double minor in Education Studies and Labor & Workplace Studies. Bianette’s passion for education has led her to engage in numerous programs where she has worked directly with students to provide workshops and facilitate discussions that address academic and social opportunities. As a first generation college graduate, she seeks to continue advocating for an equitable education that helps students access and navigate higher education. Since coming back to Stockton, Bianette has participated in the Stockton Urban Revitalization Fellowship where as a fellow, she learned and engaged with social issues impacting the community. She hopes to apply all of the invaluable experience she has gained to continue helping and advocating for her community.
